Sometimes you find simple pleasures in a delicious (jar) of oatmeal for lunch.
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup coconut milk & 1/4 cup water
After it was finished cooking and still in the pot, I stirred in:
Half a banana
Handful of blueberries
Shakes of cinnamon
Two heaping spoons of organic pumpkin
Then I just poured it all into my almond butter jar!
Dang, I’m just now realizing I should’ve added chia seeds! Oh well 🙂
